"Truth" is either the idol of the received interpretation of the scriptures and other texts-(this is the meaning ofidolotory) or ''Truth" is the higher seeking of seeking just ''what is."

One way leads to being a tradent and a reactionary. The other to much pain, shunning and or persecution by the church and society, but also to Life.

We all have a ''received interpretation" of life. Even if we have never entered a church, there is a "text," a set of ideas, offering to define the good and the true for us. Mature humanity takes up the responsibility of its freedom to review and re-seek its truth. In short, it dares to grow, it dares to be wrong, and it dares to own that it does not know.
